Didn't binge last night. Finally - a respectable trend. This morning I was either a light 129 or a heavy 128. Both are good at this point.

Hopefully I'll get a protein shake again at work. that would be 220 cal, not bad at all.

I don't do cardio anymore because I have no gym for the next three weeks but I'll continue on and do abs and legs tonight.
Dear god I'm really hungry but I'm at 1580 and its 7pm. I need to make a huge ass mug of tea and eat half a bagel to hit 1700 and I'll be done.
